Youth Hub Leader in Charge (LGBTQ+) - Part Time

East Sussex County Council in Heathfield is seeking a part-time Leader in Charge at our Youth Hubs across East Sussex. You will create session plans, oversee delivery, and record evaluations for sessions with 8 to 17-year-olds.

You will line manage a small team of part-time youth workers, support safeguarding, and actively engage young people to build confidence and community ties. Training is provided; interviews will be held in Heathfield.
