Youth Housing & Independence Caseworker

YMCA Trinity Group is seeking an Accommodation Case Worker in Ipswich to support young people in developing independence within a safe, nurturing environment. You will manage caseloads, carry out risk assessments, and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet residents' needs.

The role requires strong safeguarding knowledge, communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to equality and inclusion. A Level 3 qualification and an ability to work a 7-day rota are essential.
