Primary Duties

Youth gymnastics coaches lead and support classes for children of various ages and skill levels, focusing on skill development, safety, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Coaches are responsible for planning and leading practices, demonstrating techniques, spotting athletes, and promoting teamwork, discipline, and confidence in young gymnasts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older
• Must complete spotting skills, first Aid, concussion awareness and AED training
• The physical ability to lead and interact in group activities and perform related physical skills
• High School Staff - $14-$16/hr based on experience
• Adults Staff - $18-$22/hr based on experience
