Purpose of the Role

The Youth Enterprise & Creative Support Worker will play a key role in planning and delivering creative enterprise activities for vulnerable young people during school holiday programmes.

The postholder will support young people to safely design, create, price, and sell handmade products while developing practical, social, and entrepreneurial skills. The role also includes mentoring participants, supervising IT sessions, supporting attendance at craft fairs and events, and helping ensure the smooth and safe operation of enterprise activities.

Hours: 35, full-time including some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Salary: £26,048.76 to £29,207.50 per annum
