Youth Engagement & Guidance Coach (Career Readiness)

Positive Steps is seeking a Youth Engagement Worker to support young people in Rochdale. This full-time position, fixed until 31st March 2027, involves helping young individuals build confidence and develop skills. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, foster relationships with young people facing challenges, and travel across Rochdale and Oldham. A Standard DBS check is required, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
