Youth Employability Coach - Empower Futures

Action for Children invites applications for an Employment Facilitator in Inverclyde. You will work one to one with young people, understanding strengths, barriers and aspirations, and help them take practical steps toward employment, training or education.

You will design and deliver tailored employability sessions across areas such as Customer Service, Construction and personal development, creating action plans and providing supportive aftercare to keep learners motivated.
