Youth Employability Advisor: Help Young People into Work

Rushmoor Borough Council is seeking an Employment Advisor to support young people aged 16-24 into work, education or training. Based at the Council Offices in Farnborough, you will run 1-2-1 appointments and employability workshops, delivering careers advice and guidance while liaising with local partners to provide comprehensive support.

Ideal candidates will have experience with young people and knowledge of the employment landscape, with strong interpersonal skills to help individuals
