Job Description
Early Break in Bury seeks an Emotional Health & Wellbeing Worker for the Safe Zones service. You will deliver brief interventions and 1:1 support to young people experiencing mental health crises, within a responsive multi-disciplinary team.
You will also run group sessions, contribute to safety planning and Thrive-aligned care planning with families, and support the CYPMH pathway across community and education settings. Flexibility for evening/weekend work is required.
