Job Description
Rochdale AFC invites applications for a Lead and coordinate the Academy programme for players within the Youth Development Phase (U12-U16). You will ensure coaching delivery aligns with the Club's Playing Philosophy and Coaching Philosophy and support and mentor coaches across the Youth Development Phase.
You will monitor and maintain high standards of session planning, delivery and player development, oversee Individual Learning Plans and Development Journeys, and work closely with sports
