About us: The Ram Agency is Young's very own internal agency, giving you the freedom to set your working hours. You will be employed by Youngs and enjoy all the benefits, flexibility and perks. Shifts are available daily across our estate of over 270 pubs, and you can build your own rota.

Responsibilities

• Be an active hands on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
• Have high standards and a great work ethic
• Show willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Working alongside your kitchen team to demonstrate creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks

Qualifications

We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for the next step in their hospitality career, who has a passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.

• Existing Commis Chef experience OR excellent Kitchen Porter background OR a clear desire to advance in hospitality
• Passion and flair for fresh, quality food
• Excellent team communication and willingness to learn
