York Duty Manager - Lead Busy Hospitality Teams

SSP Group is hiring a Duty Manager at York Station, The Line & Whistle. The role is a full-time position (35 hours) with shifts from early morning to late evening.

You will open and close daily operations, lead a front-line team, and ensure exceptional customer service across iconic brands within SSP's busy network in the UK. You should be comfortable working on weekends and holidays, have prior leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail, and meet the minimum age requirement.
