Year Head (Pastoral Lead) - Non-Teaching, 37h/39w

Crestwood School is seeking a Non-Teaching Head of Year to join our team in Dudley. This permanent role offers 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, Grade 7, Spine Points 18-23, and a salary of £27,466.48 to £30,534.88 per annum.

You will lead the year group, deliver pastoral care, and contribute to a culture of high expectations for all students. The successful candidate will be supported by the pastoral manager and team, with opportunities to progress within the Trust.
