Year-End Accountant

A well known Hospice based in East London is seeking an experienced Year-End Accountant to support their finance function through a busy close-down period. This is a full time role, on-site 2-3 days per week requiring someone confident, capable, and able to work with minimal hand-holding.

This is an interim role, initially for 3 months but with a strong chance of rolling

Candidates will need to be immediately available and have experience with SORP

Requirements:

• Strong year-end accounting experience, ideally within not-for-profit or charity environments
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
• Solid understanding of audit preparation, reconciliations, and producing year-end packs
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
