Year End Accountant

Interim M&A and Year end Accountant - Gloucestershire - 2 days in the office

My client, a growing international manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury, are looking to take on an interim Accountant for a period of 3-6 months.
Main responsibilities will include:

- Year end and audit support
- Preparing and updating various schedules for loading into the data room
- Locating and centralising numerous documents for loading into a data room
- Preparing analysis of turnover and cost of sales by product group, customer, and industry
- Reaching out to overseas subsidiaries to obtain information as required
- Providing ad hoc support to the rest of the management accounts team as required
- Supporting non-finance teams in collating the required information ready for the data room
M&A experience would be very useful, and this assignment is outside of scope of IR35.
