The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2 Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour Be committed to creating engaging and inspiring learning experiences Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider life of the school
