About the role

Justteachers are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school near Horncastle.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in September 2026, ideal for a teacher who is passionate about supporting children through the early stages of Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

Pre-requisites

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 desirable)
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be organised, proactive, and adaptable
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's early education journey
