Job Role

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Maintain excellent behaviour management at all times
• Work collaboratively with the KS1 team and wider Primary School staff
• Track pupil progress and provide effective feedback to pupils and parents
• Uphold all safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities expected of a Class Teacher

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as a Year 3 Teacher, Primary Teacher, KS2 Teacher, Class Teacher
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) and awareness of Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Ability to build positive relationships across a busy Primary School

• £130 to £170 per day, equating to £25,350 to £33,150 per annum based on working five days a week for a full school year

Location

This Year 3 Teacher position is based in Bloxwich, easily commutable from Walsall, Willenhall, Pelsall, Aldridge, Great Wyrley and Brownhills. The Primary School benefits from excellent public transport links and offers onsite parking for staff.
