Responsibilities

In this Year 3 teacher role, you will:

Design and implement engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, catering to the diverse needs of students.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help them reach their potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and school events.
Promote positive behaviour and a growth mindset among students, instilling a lifelong love of learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment.
Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Is creative and adaptable, able to implement innovative teaching strategies that meet the varied learning needs of students.
Has a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices.
