Year 3 Teacher - Northampton

About the role:

Justteachers is recruiting a dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Northampton. This full-time position starts 1st June 2026 and runs until 31st March 2027, with potential for extension. You will deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and contribute to a positive school culture focused on achievement and wellbeing.

• Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Contribute to school events and wider activities

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS2
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
• Two references within the last two years from a related field
