  • proven ability to work effectively alongside others to have a significant impact on pupil's attainment
  • proven highly effective KS1 practice
  • proven ICT skills and Interactive Whiteboard teaching
  • clear understanding of assessing pupil's progress
  • comprehensive understanding of the needs of pupils with SEND needs within the mainstream classroom
  • excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
  • ability to build effective relationships with adults and children
  • work as part of an effective team with humour and dedication
  • good organisation skills uses their initiative
  • curriculum areas such as English, Science, Maths, Computing, MFL would support the development of our curriculum
