Year 1 Primary Teacher - The Role

As the new Year 1 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that lay strong foundations in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
Work alongside a supportive and experienced Key Stage 1 team
Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn
Assess pupil progress effectively and tailor lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Maintain strong communication with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community

Year 1 Primary Teacher - What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher (ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply)
A solid understanding of Key Stage 1 and the Year 1 curriculum
A teacher who is nurturing, motivated, and passionate about early primary education
