Yate Hockey Club is a vibrant and inclusive club based at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex. YOSC is recognised as one of the best facilities in the area, with a clubhouse adjacent to the pitch.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced coach for our Men's 1st team, who train at YOSC on Wednesday evenings from 7.00pm-9.00pm. Our M1 are currently in Division 2 West and are pushing for promotion having finished in the top 3 for the last 3 seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and develop an effective training program.
• Attend some matches (to be agreed).
• Use video analysis to identify areas of development for individuals and the team.
• Liaise with the 2nd team coach to highlight players that could benefit from training with the 1st team.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at a similar level or above is desirable.
• Ideally L2, but would consider a L1.

Rate of Pay: negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
