Yard Operative

Yard Cleaning Operative required in Moreton-On-Marsh, Temp to Perm, Pay Rate: £12.25ph to £12.71ph, Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 (Permanent Salary: £25,500 to £26,436 per annum) immediate start for the right candidate.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative on behalf of a well-established and growing client. If you enjoy working outdoors this is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering full-time hours and long-term stability for the right candidate, with further development training provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and washing products and equipment
• Inspecting items to ensure they are fit for use and meet quality standards
• Preparing and organising orders ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy yard environment
• General yard duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a yard environment
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous yard, warehouse, or manual handling experience is desirable but not essential

• £12.25pg t £12.71ph paid weekly during temp period
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Permanent salary of £25,500 to £26,436 upon successful completion of temp period
• Further Electrical Apprenticeship Training provided
