Yard Operations Lead - Vehicle Auctions (Day Shift)

IAA Holdings, LLC, a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, is seeking a hands-on Yard Operations Team Leader for Canvey Island to lead on-site operations, oversee vehicle movements, loading/unloading transporters, and maintain high health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring tasks meet standards, maintaining site security and ISO27001 alignment, and coordinating with clients, suppliers and environmental agencies. DBS and Right to Work checks apply.
