Job Description
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to lead onboarding and ongoing guidance for Managed XSIAM customers. You will collect security data, identify improvement opportunities, and advise on best practices for alert tuning and data onboarding.
You will collaborate with SOC engineers and product teams to implement automation workflows, drive security posture improvements, and manage customer engagements from onboarding through reviews.
