Position: Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + package
Location: London

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Senior Site Managers to be based in London for a leading main contractor specialising in both New Build and Refurbishment projects. The Senior Site Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for delivering one of 2 projects:

• £13 million New Build Commercial Office
• £6 million Complex Cut and Carve Grade 2 Listed Building

You will have overall responsibility for sub-contractors and be responsible for the co-ordination of all health and safety. The ideal Site Manager will have a background of working for a Main Contractor, Fit-Out or Refurbishment contractor.

Roles and Requirements of Senior Site Manager / Project Manager:

• Responsibility for full site management
• Man-management of sub-contracts and direct employees
• Health & Safety
• Covering sites across London
• Fit-Out, Refurbishment, Main Contracting experience
• SMSTS
• Managed projects above £4 million
• Tendering experience
• High end residential, Education, commercial, Healthcare experience
