Wrap-Around Care Leader

The Wrap Around Care Leader is an integral role, responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Head of Junior School and the Junior School Administrator, ensuring the safe, smooth and efficient operation of the Wrap Around Care facility. This position requires a dynamic individual who can expertly manage administrative tasks, uphold the highest standards of safety for children (including child protection), form positive relationships and lead a team, and engage positively, warmly and authentically with children. You will be a model of professionalism, supporting colleagues to perform to the best of their ability. You will uphold the school values, and ensure the well-being of children by providing a safe and well-managed environment. You will be responsible for promoting high standards of customer service and childcare related practice.

Wrap Around Care Leader

25 Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday - 1.00pm - 6.00pm

Term Time Appointment (c45 weeks per annum, including paid holidays)

NJC Scale: PT23 - PT26

£17.29 - £18.72 per hour, depending on experience.

NILGOSC College Contribution: 19%
