Our client, an award-winning flexible working space, has an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Manager to join their team!

The role:

• Site lead, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Operations lead - billing, reporting, rotas, performance management etc
• Training, support and coaching team members
• Ensuring workspace is safe and meets health & Safety guidelines
• Manage supplier and contractor relationship

Key skills/experience:

• Management experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive, solution-focused approach
• Strong organisational, reliability and time management skills
