Job Description
Workshop Technician responsible for all machinery regarding routine maintenance, electrical, brakes, engine performance, hydraulic performance. Performed machinery diagnosis, brakes, A/C inspection and repairs, hydraulic diagnosis, electrical diagnosis. Carrying out warranty work and repairs along with routine machinery servicing.
Responsibilities- Identify mechanical/hydraulic/electrical problems visually and/or with computer diagnostic equipment.
- Perform tests on specific parts and systems to determine whether they are operating properly.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance, servicing on customer machines & internal demo and refurbishment machinery.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning parts and systems.
- Conduct post-repair testing and diagnostics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Carry out cutting unit regrinding.
- Housekeeping in workshop, yard & warehouse.
- Attend product and technical training events related to technical service and personal development training, as required.
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environment with the ability to be proactive and strategic in thinking and reasoning.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi task.
