Rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14 00 - 22:30 + 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:30 - 14:00.

Hourly rate up to £26.63.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
• Be the go to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
• Be able to provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.
• Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
• Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.
• Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.
