Castle Employment have a great opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor/Manager to join a family run business in East Yorkshire

• Lead and support a small technical team while staying hands-on
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and day-to-day workshop activity
• Plan and prioritise work to keep things moving efficiently
• Ensure high-quality standards and safe working practices
• Provide guidance and solve more complex technical issues

• Proven experience in a hands-on technical or workshop environment
• Confident working across a range of mechanical or technical tasks
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead
• Organised, practical and able to manage changing priorities
• Positive, team-focused and quality-driven
• Awareness of health and safety in a workshop or technical environment
