Workshop Operative

Are you reliable, hardworking, and enjoy a hands on role? We're looking for a Workshop Operative to support day to day activities in a busy Doncaster workshop.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to keeping a workspace safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Pressure washing machinery to ensure equipment is clean and ready for inspection or repair.
• Booking machines in upon arrival, including basic documentation and tagging.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workshop environment in line with health & safety standards.
• Assisting technicians with general workshop duties as required.
• Organising tools, equipment, and workspaces to support smooth workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of manual handling and indoor/outdoor cleaning tasks.
• Previous workshop or equipment handling experience is beneficial, but not essential.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Hours: 7:30 - 13:00, Mon - Wed

Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)

Competitive hourly rate of £13.00
