Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, hardworking, and highly organized Workshop Manager to take charge of our daily operations. You will be leading a small team and ensuring that all machines are refurbished, tested, and ready for dispatch to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all workshop activities, including workflow and production scheduling
Lead and supervise a small team of technicians and workshop staff
Oversee the refurbishment and testing of vending, coffee, and catering machines
Ensure high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and safety
Organize and manage inventory of parts and tools
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to meet customer deadlines
Perform hands-on technical tasks as required

Requirements

Proven experience in a workshop or technical environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
A proactive, practical mindset with a mechanical/electrical background preferred
Excellent team management and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
