Salary: £42,000 basic + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance

As a Workshop Manager, you will support our customers in delivering on their business promises by ensuring their vehicles are safely and quickly returned to the road. You will oversee daily workshop performance, develop a results-driven team of Vehicle Technicians and workshop staff, ensure compliance with high technical and quality standards, promote innovation and improvements to reduce vehicle downtime, and uphold our service commitments.

• You have a practical business approach, understanding what makes a workshop efficient and how to maximize opportunities for outstanding results.
