Role Overview

You will be responsible for assisting in the control of service and repair work carried out in the workshop to maximise service sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Workshop Control: Managing the workshop through efficient operation of the work loading system.
• Upselling: Selling value-added and incremental products through effective communication with customers, technicians, and team members.
• Professional Standards: Demonstrating due diligence, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
• Data Processing: Recording and processing information on work carried out to customer vehicles via the work loading system.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Qualified Technician/Mechanic with certificates is extremely desirable.
• Communication: Fluent English speaker with high numeracy and literacy skills.
• Leadership: Proven persuasion skills combined with high levels of managerial ability.
• Experience: Previous motor industry and after-sales background is required.
• Technical Knowledge: High level of mechanical and technical expertise.
• Systems: Knowledge of the Kerridge system is desirable but not essential.
• Licence: Full, clean EU driving licence is an absolute requirement.
