Job Description
Overview 
Workshop Controller role in Guildford with a basic salary of £35,000 and OTE of £43,000. Great benefits package.
Responsibilities- Manage Workshop resources in an efficient manner
- Allocation of work to Technicians
- Ensure work is completed to required deadlines
- Quality Check work carried out by Technicians
- Monitor Staff & Workshop Performance
- Ensure HSE polices are adhered to
- Ensure Workshop is clean, tidy and fully operational
Essential Requirements:
- 12 months Workshop Controller Experience
- Or an experienced Franchised Dealership Technician with a stable work history looking to move in to a Workshop Controller position
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Franchised Dealer Expereince
Basic Salary of £35,000
On Target Earnings of £43,000
Great Benefits Package
Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm
Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am - 1pm
