Workshop Administrator: Scheduling & Customer Service

Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Workshop Administrator in Broxburn to keep our workshop running smoothly. You will act as the vital link between customers and our workshop, booking in vehicles, coordinating with technicians and updating customers on progress.

This role offers a great basic salary of £16,902 per annum plus bonus, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 12:30-17:30, and access to generous benefits. Prior customer service or administration experience is helpful.
