Workplace Technology & Operations Co-Ordinator

The Workplace Technology & Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of workplace technology, facilities operations and workplace services. This role ensures a seamless employee experience through the effective delivery of AV solutions, meeting room technology, workplace systems, reporting and vendor management.

• Provide onsite support for workplace technology, including AV systems, meeting rooms, MS Teams, Zoom and room booking platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workplace technology issues, escalating where required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, office moves, workplace changes and events.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery standards are achieved.
• Produce KPI reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Conduct workplace audits and ensure compliance with health & safety and service requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to workplace technology, operational efficiency and employee experience.
• 3+ years' experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, Workplace Technology or Technical FM.
• Experience supporting AV systems, meeting room technology, MS Teams and Zoom.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of smart workplace technologies and occupancy analytics.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation or technology projects
