Workplace Support & Case Advisor

Hewett Recruitment is partnering with a well-established membership organisation to recruit a Case Worker for their Member Services team in Kidderminster. The role is office-based, full-time, 9-5, at £19.85 per hour, handling inquiries and providing guidance on workplace issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, Employee Relations, Case Management, Customer Service or advisory roles, strong communication, and the ability to manage confidential information in line with GDPR.
