Location: Central London; Salary: £42,527 per annum; Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday between 7:00am - 6:00pm (shift pattern); Reporting to: Portfolio Experiance Manager

The Role

We are looking for a Workplace Supervisor who delivers the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail typically found in five-star hospitality.

Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every visitor and colleague experiences a seamless, welcoming environment.

This is more than Front of House - it is a hospitality-led role where service, presentation and attention to detail matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 Concierges to deliver warm, professional welcomes to all visitors and colleagues
• Manage visitor check-ins and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
• Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to required layouts
• Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas
• Proactively support the wider workplace and facilities teams

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or corporate reception
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
• A proactive "how can I help?" approach to service
• Confidence using workplace technology (Outlook, Teams etc.)
