Workplace Solutions Coordinator

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Workplace Solutions team (Facilities) as a Workplace Solutions Coordinator fortwelve months fixed termto support our workplaces in our London office and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work.
Abri's Workplace Solutions team are committed to creating great workspaces for colleagues, ensuring our corporate buildings are safe, compliant and creating environments that are collaborative and creative.
With your proven customer service abilities and positive, proactive nature you'll play a key role in our Workplace Solutionsteam. You'll be responsible for not only keeping the environment and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard, but crucially ensuring we're meeting regulatory and legal standards in terms of compliance and building safety so previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
You'll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with our colleagues, providing a great service,sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to the working environment. You'll also build relationships with suppliers and contractors, taking responsibility for managing some of the contracts.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you provide strong customer service skills,accurate reporting andcompliance assurance.
