Workplace Operations Lead (Facilities & Safety)

Marex Group plc is seeking a Workplace Manager for Real Estate & Workplace to coordinate facilities across UK sites (and some European locations), delivering day-to-day operations, preventative maintenance and a safe, modern workspace for colleagues.

You will lead soft services, manage vendor contracts, plan space and moves, and oversee budgets, working with procurement and finance to optimise cost, service quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
