Workplace and Facility Manager vacancy for our Liebefeld based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Act as the main contact person for facility providers and coordinate building-related tasks.
• Ensure that all workspaces and common areas remain functional, safe, and welcoming.
• Manage office supplies and hardware inventory, including procurement and stock monitoring.
• Support employees with minor technical issues and coordinate with IT for escalated matters.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for recurring tasks and procedures.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Vocational training or initial professional experience in a relevant field (technical, administrative, or facility-related).
• Ability to manage multiple logistics and facility-related tasks effectively.
• General understanding of workplace IT and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Language skills: German

• Friendly and service-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Hands-on attitude with a high level of autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
