In this role, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external switchboard operations, always ensuring smooth and professional communication. You will raise and track help desk tickets to facilitate timely issue resolution, but your primary focus will be managing and booking client meeting rooms with precision and care.

Your ability to multitask, follow up diligently, and maintain exceptional attention to detail will be crucial in providing outstanding service to our clients and their employees. While this is primarily an administrative role, there will be occasions when you may be called upon to assist the team in other areas, offering a varied and engaging work experience.

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
  • Manage both internal and external switchboard operations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Raise and track help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and manage client meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling and preparation.
  • Provide exceptional support by leveraging your extensive knowledge of operations to assist clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up to maintain high service standards.
