YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support in the conception, implementation, maintenance, and control of Total Rewards projects, including, but not limited to Job Grading implementation, Bonus and Target System redesign Support the day-to-day operations of the Total Rewards function, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless processes Responsible for administrative tasks in connection with the annual Total Rewards processes Assist in process evaluation and optimization, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to innovative solutions Analyze data to monitor and track Total Rewards program performance, proactively identifyin
