Workforce Planning Executive

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring a Workforce Planning Executive to join our Angard Staffing department in Northampton.

Job Overview

In this full time role (37.5 hours per week) you will work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late and weekend shifts, until December 2026. You will support the Service Delivery Team and manage the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites across the country.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, site managers and candidates
• Manage orders, handle calls and emails, and orchestrate workforce deployment
• Operate the bespoke booking system, JoinedUp
• Support managers to utilise systems effectively
• Manage shift patterns and rotas in line with site requirements
• Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office
• Confidence and commitment to delivering outstanding service to our client on a daily basis
