Job Description
Job Opportunity: Workforce Planning and Information Lead

An opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources team at NHS Golden Jubilee as a Workforce Planning and Information Lead. You will provide a professional and comprehensive Workforce Planning and Information service to various stakeholders within NHS Golden Jubilee.

You should have substantial experience in Workforce Planning and the use of workforce information to support the development of people and service planning across services. Operational responsibility for workforce data and e-rostering systems is essential, ensuring all services provide customer-focused data solutions.

The ideal candidate will be postgraduate qualified with significant practical workforce planning experience and knowledge of systems used to provide data insights. Proficiency in workforce and data analytics to produce comprehensive reports is required. Experience within a large public sector organization, preferably NHS, is desirable. Good time management skills are essential to effectively manage workload.

Excellent communication, influencing, and people management skills, along with a solution-focused approach, are crucial for this role.
