Workday Technical Architect

Our client is looking for a Workday Technical Architect to work along with a Workday Platform team and define Solutions to accomplish the Platform mission, vision and Road map.

This role will be working two days a week onsite in the office in Luton and rest of the days remotely, on a six month initial contract, working Inside IR35.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Experience in Workday modules such Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning
* Experience developing Workday reporting and analytics.
* Experience in designing integrations to/from workday to different third-party systems
* Must have TA experience in the HR domain and a strong Workday background.
* Must have a proven track record for architecting Workday solutions
* Must be able to quickly and independently gain control and run solution design within the Platform Organisation
* Must have demonstrated leadership skills in previous engagement(s)
* Must understand Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Assurance process and has delivered Solution Blueprints and design artefacts
