Workday Specialists (Workday Learning Design and Config Specialist)

Workday Consultant LMS/Learning required in London to join a large enterprise transformation programme, supporting the design and configuration of Workday Learning within a regulated environment, offering excellent rates. 

What you'll do

• Design and configure Workday Learning modules
• Implement business processes, condition rules, and complex calculated fields
• Customise the system to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Manage security roles and support system updates
• Provide user training and documentation

What you'll bring

• Strong hands on Workday configuration experience (Learning preferred)
• Experience implementing business rules and calculated fields
• Solid understanding of Workday security models and reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• BPSS clearance (or eligibility to obtain)

London-based role - open to candidates able to commute from surrounding counties including Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
