Job Description
Frontier Economics is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager (Workday) to own the Workday roadmap and optimise the People team's use of the platform. You will shape configurations, drive process improvements, and partner with IT and Finance to enhance data and reporting across the system.
You will lead Change initiatives, manage external consultants, and build capability within the team while ensuring governance and security compliance throughout the HRIS landscape.
